This is the third time we have stayed at the Villa Pepe and in spite of minor niggles have enjoyed it immensely. It is perfectly placed for us, with the supermarkets only a five minute walk away and Playa Blanca a short taxi ride, although we did not venture out this time due to the current situation. Approximately 15-20mins walk to marina for bars and restaurant so probably not the best for anyone with walking difficulties if they intent to walk for the entire holiday. Lovely clean villa, adequate space for party of five adults!

The location of the villa was very good, quite and easy to find. The villa location is great for a 15 minute slow stroll to the harbour which has some lovely restaurants, bars and the live singers/ bands are very good. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote and it is not too commercial which is refreshing, mind you it is like visiting Mars looking at the scenery, breath taking and some very pretty beaches.

Excellent location of Villa facilities. Everything within walking distance - Supermarket only minutes walk from Villa. Villa Pepe is located up the road from Marina Rubicon where the market is on every Wednesday and Friday. Very clean throughout and well maintained.

Villa Pepe was clean, well laid out villa. Had all you needed on a holiday. Comfy beds shutters on windows and plenty of towels etc. Bedding and towels were changed weekly, villa cleaned weekly pool cleaned regularly. Good outdoor space, sun loungers, nice pool, very private, not overlooked. Quiet area. Few minutes walk from large supermarket. Bus stop nearby No.30 bus 2 per hour. Easy 20 min. walk along promenade to Rubicon Marina carry on another 20 min to town centre. Would return to this Villa again.

The villa is lovely, it is a great size, is well equipped and well looked after. It is located in an area that is away from the hustle and bustle so when chilling in the great outside space it offers it is nice and peaceful. There is a supermarket and a bus stop less than a 5 minute walk away. The Marina is located about a mile away (15 -20 min walk) and the Old Town of Playa Blanca about 2 miles. The walk to both can be taken on the promenade along the seafront.We would stay in this villa again.

We are just back after spending an extremely relaxing week at Villa Pepe. The villa was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed the outside patio and pool area because of the privacy and very comfortable loungers. Everything was provided at the villa including plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The convenience of the supermarket which stocked everything we needed and the bus stop were an added bonus which meant that we did not hire a car as planned. The villa is located in a lovely area which was very safe and secure and we would definitely recommend this villa for an enjoyable holiday.
