Villa Eclipse is a delightful, private villa located in a prime position, walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The private swimming pool is assessed via a few steps and fringed by a large covered and shady terrace with outdoor furnishings and large dining table. The accommodation is situated all on one level: Inside is an open-plan living/dining area and kitchen with a/c. 3 bedrooms: double bedroom (a/c), twin bedroom, and single bedroom as well as two bathrooms.

Lovely villa in a quiet residential location within walking distance of Punta Prima. Well equipped villa with lovely shaded outside dining area. Beautiful swimming pool and well kept gardens. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, near to almost everything: beach, restaurants, bars...Villa Eclipse is just what you look for when booking a villa, cozy, clean, and simple. Liked that it was clean and the bedding and curtains added cozy touches of color and life. Felt really comfortable and private. Villa Eclipse had a spacious terrace/patio and a nice pool and BBQ area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends...Nice and friendly people in Punta Prima. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. We also visited Cala Torret, Binibeca, and Mahon and explored the area (local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants...). We tried great Spanish specialties(especially Tortilla Espanola, Paella...) there. Nice holiday overall. We will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

Lovely villa, nice and clean and well-positioned, peace and quiet were needed and was a lovely break. The decor inside the villa is lovely and very attractive in my opinion. Nice location within walking distance to almost everything-beaches, tavernas, shops, etc. All in all, we had a great time one which we will repeat in the near future.

We found the Villa to be the perfect holiday for us. Its only 5 minutes walk to the seafront and restaurants. Very quiet resort but that is exactly what we wanted and visiting the other resorts close by was easy and there are some lovely places to go see. All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday

Lovely villa, perfect spot for exploring the beaches around the south of the island. Great for being able to walk down to porta prema for an evening drink by the front. Welcome shady area to eat under and we spent hours in the pool!!

A lovely homely villa , perfect for the short walk to the beach. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax . Although surrounded by other villas , this villa is not at all overlooked and very comfortable for all of us. Excellent service from Agni travel and their partners.

Ideal base for exploring. the villa is close to the beach, supermarket and more importantly the bar!! It was clean and comfortable with a very nice clean pool. Spacious kitchen and plenty of room in the bathrooms. Would be more than happy to return to the villa.
