Villa Ilios is set over 2 levels. The main ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, off which are 2 air conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, as well as a bathroom with shower.
A marble staircase at the end of the living area takes you down to the lower ground floor. On this floor is a 3rd air conditioned bedroom, furnished with twin beds and benefiting from an en suite bathroom.

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location (best sea views ever). There is no noise, but within 5 min ride, you are at the Nissaki beach and to all the shops and restaurants. Nissaki is a great place, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Greek cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

The location fully met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Kalami and Kassiopi are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We had the most amazing time in this villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had before our holiday. Fantastic location and great sea views. The property felt very secluded and quiet, also we found it well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close(3 min drive), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Corfu and would definitely recommend Villa Ilios!

Excellent holiday with great communication, information and service. Local information like shopping at the very helpful Aphrodites supermarket and using Katerina's Car Hire a huge benefit.

This was my second visit to Villa Ilios (the first one was back in 2011). The best thing about this villa is a spectacular view granted by the uphill position of the house. I stayed in a few villas in Corfu, and the view provided by Ilios is undoubtedly the best. However, you will definitely need a car to enjoy the villa, as the walk uphill could be really challenging, especially for kids and elderly. The villa is equipped with a spacious pool and gives a pleasant feeling of seclusion. The facilities are standard, there are no special luxuries (apart from the incredible view from the master bedroom and the balconies), but you will have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
