Forti 52 Planas is a modern, spacious and bright villa full of natural light. It is a two-storey villa. The bedroom area is on the ground floor and the living area on the upper floor. On the ground floor, four bedrooms; a double with an en suite bathroom with shower, a twin with an en suite bathroom with shower. There are two more twin bedrooms that share a family bathroom with a bath. There is also an utility area with the washing machine. On the upper floor, large windows in the living room and the dining area give a lot of natural light and fresh air. The open living room is very spacious, airy and full of natural light; it has comfortable sofas and large sliding glass windows at each side. The dinning area has a table to seat up to 8 people. The kitchen has a breakfast table and is separated from the dining room by a transparent glass wall which gives a modern and open atmosphere. From the kitchen there is access to a small back terrace with table, chair and a portable barbecue. Either from the living or the dining room, there is access to the open front terrace. Close to the kitchen there is a guest toilet.The upper floor can also be reached by and exterior stairs. The exterior has a swimming pool and lawned areas with sun beds.
