Joan's Cottage is a traditional villa located in the small village Bokordici in Central Istria, near the picturesque medieval village of Svetvincenat, Croatia. Svetvincenat is a Venetian Village, dating from the 1400s which grew around a 'Benedictine' Abbey and Castle. Layout
Joan's Cottage is located in the small village Bokordici in Central Istria, near the picturesque medieval village of Svetvincenat. The access to the villa is via a private gate and opens to a shaded carport and the property itself. Adjacent to the carport is a covered terrace. The lawned garden and the pool area are between two traditional stone cottages; each perfect for two persons. Villa Dorinini Dvori has 2 independent accommodations, rented as a whole: Dorinini (double bedroom, bathroom) and Dvori (double bedroom, bathroom) and they surround the private pool. Dorinini: covered terrace with a shaded seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living area and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Stairs leading to the first floor, where this a double bedroom with A/C. Dvori, on the opposite side of the pool is on one level: fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area, bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with A/C.

Genialer Ort um abzuschalten. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die zwei getrennten HA¤user sind mit grA¶AYeren Kindern toll. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und toller Pool. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touristenorten sucht ist doch perfekt aufgehoben. Great place to switch off. Everything very clean and well-kept. The two separate houses are great with older children. Very well-kept area and great pool. If you are looking for peace away from the tourist places is perfectly stored.
We wanted a traditional stone wall property, that was nice inside, and villa Dorinini Dvori did not disappoint. I will be visiting next year again. In and of itself the Villa is great, as is expected for the price. Also, Istria and Croatia is nice destination for where want to spend your holiday. Nice friendly people, great tasty food and lots of things to explore while there(historic places, small islands, private beaches...).We would definitely come back.
Great rustic villa in the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. We visited Pula and Vodnjan a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious specialties in local restaurants there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt im Herzen von Istrien. Ein Auto ist in dieser Lage unbedingt notwendig. Svetvincenat ist sehr netter kleiner Ort mit einer schA¶nen Burganlage und guter Infrastruktur. Sehr zu empfehlen ist eine Autotour in den Norden von Istrien (Hum, Buzet, Motovun,....).
Lovely villa in a rural setting where a car is definitely required. Excellent pool, comfortable bed and everything needed to cater for yourself. Hosts very helpful
Lovely hidden villa in a nice location. I highly recommend this villa offers privacy nice garden and pool. Still walking distance to everything.
