Inside offers an open plan downstairs area with a spacious living / dining room and access to the back garden. Patio doors lead to back veranda and private swimming pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with breakfast bar. There is also a guest WC / shower room. Heading upstairs you will find 3 separate bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with access to private verandas. The master bedroom offers En-Suite bathroom. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. There is a separate utility room and access to the loft.

This was the perfect villa for us and we loved it so much. It had everything you can possibly need. The pool and the terrace were magnificent. There was also an outside dining area and BBQ. The location was great as everything was really close: tavernas, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, and the beach was just 300 meters from the villa so we did not need to rent a car. We would definitely recommend this villa as it was absolutely beautiful. Thanks a lot!!!

Villa Livia and its surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had before arriving there. The villa was comfortable and perfect. Nice outside area with a private pool and terrace. Honestly, we were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area to prepare food!!! Larnaca and Ayia Napa are some of the places that we visited and really enjoyed while exploring their beauties. We will come back next year!

It was well-maintained and furnished with absolutely everything you might need during your holiday. We really enjoyed memorable sunsets there while swimming in the pool.
