Villa Aristotelis is a villa with a private pool and large terrace, that is set on two floors. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, and one family bathroom.
Argaka is a peaceful beachfront village along a lovely coastline that is the ideal destination for beach lovers who value local authenticity and hospitality. Along the shore, there are a number of top-notch tavernas, quiet bars, a few stores, and a bakery. Everything is superb! Argaka Sun Villa Tessera is cozy, clean, comfortable, and situated in a nice neighborhood, near almost everything. The pool and the terrace are so magnificent and we spend most of our time here. By the way, this is our third holiday in this villa and we hope that we will come back the next year.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa which was really well-equipped and especially loved having meals on the terrace and staying home to use the pool. A perfect villa near almost everything: bars, restaurants, shops, beaches, and other local amenities. We visited Agia Marina beach and Polis beach as well and enjoyed sunbathing and swimming! I would recommend staying there for sure.

It is always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is absolutely amazing. Most of the time, we spend here, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, talking with the rest of our group, and preparing meals. Having a BBQ is a real plus. And a big compliment to the agents. The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Villa Aristotelis to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked it for our holiday. Villa Aristotelis has 3 very cozy rooms and a great spacious outside area with a nice pool, BBQ, patio, and terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm secluded location. Nice and friendly people in Argaka. Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

The location fully met our expectations to where we could do day-trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Argaka and Polis are. The villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.
