Outside is a large terrace with a lounge, outdoor dining, infinity pool, garden, and a playground.

Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was much appreciated as was the nice pool and the covered terrace for meals. The kids loved the pool and we felt very safe in the privacy that offers this property. Also, the nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk from the property. Thank you to everyone who helps to have an amazing holiday!

Overall we had the perfect holiday and really enjoyed it. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. Most of the time, we spent in the outdoor area, swimming in our private pool, sunbathing, and preparing meals. Also, the views from the terrace toward the sea were superb. We visited the Baths of Aphrodite, Akamas, and also Kremiotis waterfall and spent an amazing time together. The agents and staff were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. Thanks!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Villa Minoas. The villa has excellent outdoor space and lovely views of the sea and suited our extended family well.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the views from the terrace/pool were breathtaking. Villa Minoas was perfect with absolutely no issues. It deserves a 5***** star rating. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are of a good size, with nice sea view balconies. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful location only a 3-10 minute car trip from the bustling centers of Argaka and Polis which really comes alive each evening, with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We had a nice holiday there and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

We had a fabulous 2 weeks in the villa and Mr Singh could not do enough for us. The pool area was great with plenty of space for sun or shade. Seating areas varied so you could sit formally at a table or lounge in comfortable seats. Large rooms, large beds, aircon in bedrooms was fine and great balcony areas for morning coffee and breakfast outside your bedroom. Overall we had a great stay and if we wanted a quiet holiday would certainly chose this villa again

Absolutely brilliant time. Wonderful villa and location. Would definitely return to this villa and the location. May well want to do this next year in September, so will look at the cost.
