having been on villa holidays many times in Cyprus - it was a fantastic location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. The villa was in a really quite spot with everything you could need included. the pool was cleaned twice a week. Everyone from the pool guys, the gardeners and the girls who serviced the villa were amazing.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found town of Latchi and Villa Fortuna to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we choose them for our holiday. Villa Fortuna has 3 very cozy rooms, with great sea views from the upper terrace. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Latchi. Paphos and Cyprus has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

I cant say enough about Villa Fortuna and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Latchi were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and within walking distance there is a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. Latchi is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. We had our meals at the tavernas in Latchi and Polis and would recommend you to pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Polis, Latchi, and Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Working with Beach Villas was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The villa was perfect for our requirements and offered spacious accommodation at a very reasonable price. The pool is just gorgeous and the outside space is fantastic with plenty of shade. A GREAT, peaceful, well-maintained spacious Villa with stunning sea views.

Latchi and Polis have many tavernas and it is easy to stay two weeks and rarely visit the same one twice except out of choice. A car is necessary and can be hired cheaply within 300m of the villa a short walk in the direction of Polis, a very friendly company to deal with. By car it's about an hour to Paphos and the surrounding area. We enjoyed Latchi and Polis very much, Polis old town has many restaurants and sports bars to chose from in an area of no more than 500 sq metres

We had another lovely holiday in Villa Fortuna. The villa provides everything you need, and is spotlessly clean. It was incredibly hot, so we spent a lot of time in the pool set in its very private, beautiful garden. The upper balcony has fantastic views, and our favourite times were eating breakfast looking out to sea, and watching the stunning sunsets with an evening drink. The location is excellent, being right near the sea and local marina, and only a couple of kilometers from Polis for more tavernas and shops. We visited the beautiful Akamas Peninsula but it was too hot for a very long walk this time. We will be back!
