Villa Fortuna is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a W/C. On the second floor is also a large balcony with sea view.

having been on villa holidays many times in Cyprus - it was a fantastic location with lots of bars and restaurants near by. The villa was in a really quite spot with everything you could need included. the pool was cleaned twice a week. Everyone from the pool guys, the gardeners and the girls who serviced the villa were amazing.

This is my favourite villa in Latchi that we use. The location suits us and is really quiet. We love the pool area - and the new large sun umbrella is really appreciated as 2 of us could fit our sun beds in its shade. We also appreciate the mattresses on the sun beds.
