Villa Maro is a one-storey villa. An entrance on street level, followed by a large pergola leads up onto a patio, with a large private pool, outdoor cooking, dining and lounge facilities, outdoor shower and a garden. Entering the villa, it consists of a large kitchen and dining area, living area, two bathrooms, and three air-conditioned bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two single beds).

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Vamos and Georgioupoli are ( both reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive) The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We had a very nice stay at the house, lovely swimming pool. Twice new sheets and towels in 12 days so that was very well.

We did have a lovely time here however, the pool was great a good size and really clean. The mid week cleaner was an unexpected bonus, with change of sheets, the provision of some wine, water, butter, bread etc was well received. The outside area was perfect and the location in the village fantastic. We loved the tavernas being in walking distance and were pleasantly surprised by the level of village activities and parties, Beautiful location with white mountains and the sea within driving distance. It was great to have towels both shower and beach provided. The fridge was a great size, cooker easy to work. I loved the view from our bedroom and it was a good location to explore the island from.

My Husband and I enjoyed our vacation at Villa Maro. Kefalas is full of history. We enjoyed the local restaurants and loved that we were able to find Bio-organic food and vegetables at the local super market. In order to learn more about this town and its history we advice to rent a car. We will see you again Vila Maro...........

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to Villa Maro, we were made to feel special! This was simpy Crete Amazing! A villa that takes a great 5 star villa to anothe ‘incredible’ level!!! It is one of our long lasting memories! We were so lucky to find it!

We had a lovely time at Villa Maro. The villa is well equipped and very clean. Everything works and the pool is very nice and clean. The area is quiet but very charming and there are two tavernas and two small supermarkets very close by. The villa is ideal for a familiy with children although the pool is not fenced. It wasent a problem for us though. The terrace and barbecue is great and we ate some great meals at home.

Had a lovely traditional Greek / Cretian feel to the villa but was still well equipped and we truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning! The kitchen / dining area was huge and there was plenty of space around the pool to both bask in the sun or sit in the shade under the terrace. Even loved the quirky wardrobes in the bedrooms.
