Villa Margarita is one of three recently constructed stone villas situated within the Aria di Mare estate, close to St. Barbara Beach in Katelios. This two-bedroom single-level property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. On either side of the living space, there are en-suite bedrooms with sliding doors that lead to the poolside terrace. The twin bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower room designed for easy access for wheelchair users, complete with grab handles. For outdoor living, the villa offers a brick-built BBQ and a shaded dining area with comfortable sunbeds located beside the private pool. The property includes secure parking and is conveniently located within walking distance of the local sandy beaches, supermarket, bakery, bars, tavernas, and Katelios harbor. Additionally, there is a nearby bus stop for added convenience.

Villa Margarita was amazing! We absolutely loved our stay. It looks exactly like it does in the photos, it was very comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and tavernas are so close, it made going out really easy! If you were happy to stay in the local area, a car isnt necessary, but if you want to explore the island more, you absolutely do. We would 100% come back and stay here and at this villa, and would encourage friends and family if they were looking to visit Kefalonia.
The whole experience was very good Imvilla was very clean the pool was extraordinary even very close to the beach the overall impression was very very good if there was anything to improve it would be the mosquito net on the bathroom window which normally has to be left open all the time
The villa is very charming, clean and ideal for a family. Nice villa with a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, theres a fantastic barbecue area and sun loungers situated next to the private pool. Amazing trip. Thank you!!
A perfect modern luxury villa and well designed. Very comfortable sunbeds to sit on while enjoying the views, the trees, the plants in the garden, and the wildlife. A very nice swimming pool.
We had a great stay, everything was amazing, the villa was super clean. We liked that we had every tools we needed in the kitchen but also outside for the barbecue area , pool and so on .
Excellent property, well maintained and equipped and is our favourite property of all the ones we have stayed in over 27 years of visiting Kefalonia.
