Stunning villa with outstanding views over the marina, sunsets were beautiful to watch. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed days relaxing by the pool as well as days out on a boat and to the beach in Ammousa a short drive away. The bars and restaurants in Sivota are fantastic, a great atmosphere in the marina all times of the day. We were sad to leave after a wonderful weeks holiday, and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Everything was superb! I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and would be looking to use this agency again. Its always a pleasure to stay somewhere that is clean and comfortable. The pool area is really beautiful and we spent more of our time there. What could be better than sitting out on the huge terrace enjoying the morning sun and a stunning sea view? A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place.

We spent an amazing time there. Excellent facilities, great location, and lovely staff. Villa Faneromeni was very clean with lots of space, nice bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of dishes, plates, glasses, etc. Such a delight to sit and have breakfast in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings around your own swimming pool. We also visited Vasiliki and Nydri, amazing villages where we tried some of the best Greek specialties. The local people are warm, kind, and extremely helpful when you lost your way. We warmly recommend this villa to all of you.

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location with FANTASTIC sea views. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Lefkada over the past 10 years but the Villa Faneromeni is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within 3 min walking distance). You need only a 5-minute drive to Syvota and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Most of our time we enjoyed ourselves near Afteli Beach. Nice sunsets and great leisure time there. Great holiday at Villa Faneromeni. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location with fantastic views. Nice terrace and infinity pool where we mostly enjoyed during the day and evening. Also, great spacious garden area where we enjoyed our BBQ meals. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

We were stunned by just how handsome Villa Faneromeni actually is, it looked amazing in the photos but it is even better when you see it on the spot. This villa definitely deserves a 5 stars rating. We actually couldnt wait until the sun started to set as the outside lighting made the villa and infinity pool feel so atmospheric. The villa was perfect for our stay it is very well equipped was spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, good water pressure, no shortage of hot water) which you sometimes miss in self-catering accommodation. Outside a spacious and comfortable terrace with a great maintained garden and also a nice pool area with sunbeds and BBQ area on the left side. We will definitely miss the amazing sea views and gorgeous sunsets from the upper terrace where we mostly enjoyed our evening family gatherings. Overall it couldnt be a better place we had chosen for our vacation. A perfect heaven for a quiet and relaxing family holiday.
