The home of the sea and the sky is Maraus Villa. The bright blue covers the white villa: the sea on the side, the sleek, vast park lake, the blue sky, the exclusive whirlpool on the seafront terrace - great to have spectacular sunsets (the sun sets right there, in the sea, among the beautiful Egadi islands). The villa is next to the flat rock, a few meters from one of the old 16th-century watchtower, from which you can quickly reach the sea. You join the wide park with its magnificent roads (over a hectare) which are separated into the white buildings of the villa. At the end of the lane, an alley of agaves and palm trees leads to a wonderful swimming pool with a spacious and accommodating solarium ( 19 m X 9 mt, infinity and saltwater, and Jacuzzi). In front of the houses, you will see a wellness center (including a spa bed). Next, you will see lovely chromotherapy showers and a cozy deck.

The sea simply lays a stone's throw away from the sea, opening the gate and plunging into the Sicilian sea's calm waters. And if it's sandy, the little beaches start streaming about 1 km into the white beach of Marausa – about 3 km long, distinguished by white sand, cold and mild sea beds, crystalline water, etc. And it's a sandy beach that's already about 300 meters wide.
