This two-story villa is an amazing traditional stone building located in the green Tuscan hills, offering 100% privacy. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen and one family bathroom. An inner staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with a double and a single bed) and one family bathroom with a bath. Outside is beautiful private tended gardens, sheltered patio with dining area, BBQ facilities and a private swimming pool with sunbeds and fantastic mountain and sunset views. There is also private off-road parking.

We (family with two kids of 16 and 12) have extraordinarily enjoyed the stay at Casale Le Selve during the past 14 days. It is a peaceful paradise, where we could really take a time off from stressful jobs. The house disposed of everything we needed, while we passed most of the day outside at the pool area. The views are stunning and the colors of the nature are exactly what you would imagine when thinking of Tuscany. We would love to come back!

OOOh, How I love Italy, the combination of old and new. The area view, the vineyards. Really amazing place to be. The garden with the jacuzzi.
