On entering the large, mediterranean garden with its beautiful green space and lemon trees, one gets already in the relaxing holiday mood. The gorgeous covered terrace with its splendid pink Bougainvillea is the perfect place for a nice family or friends get-together at any time of the day. The idyllic country house offers a magnificient majorcan style kitchen with dishwasher, a living room with sofas and SAT/TV as well as a dining table with space for altogether 8 persons. The house has two floors, connected by stairs; the first floor contains 3 bedrooms, each of them with twin beds. Each room can be accessed via a wide corridor, one of the bedrooms also has its own terrace with sunlounger and independent stairs to enter or access the house. The bathroom on the first floor offers bath shower, WC, bidet and a washbasin; the second bathroom of the house is on the ground floor. Here you can also find the fourth bedroom with a double bed. The third bathroom, with shower and W/C, is outside.

The city of Pollensa has a lot to offer to visitors. The town boasts a variety of squares and beautifully kept gardens. Puerto Pollensa, which is only a short drive away, has a lovely sandy beach, a marina, and a charming seaside promenade lined with tapas bars, tavernas, and stores.
