First time to Zakynthos - everything you could hope for from a Greek Island - Great People, Great Weather, Great Food, Great Beaches, Great Boat Trips... ... and a real pleasure to add Great Villa to the list. The villa is just 8 minutes away from the airport by car; it couldnt be in a better location - completly outside of the path of planes, there is no noise, youre completely unaware you are so close. The beach, restaurants and bars are just a 10-minute (mostly flat) walk away - 3 minutes by car. There is a small supermarket next door where you can get all the essentials you need - Fresh Bread, Tomatoes, Gin, Tonic :) Add to that a very nicely furnished, modern villa with a lovely pool and sunbeds - outdoor dining table - secure parking I have stopped in a lot of villas over the years. All have been good; this one is exceptional. A fantastic find - We will return, undoubtedly.

We had a wonderful week. the villa was situated in the ideal location for us - between Michaelos Taverna and Daisy Apartments where we love to go and see our friends and have a drink. We found the villa quiet enough for us but close to all the amenities and as we have been coming to Kalamaki for about 30 years and if I could live anywhere it would be in this villa - I just need to win the lottery first!

The Villa Theo exceeded our expectations on every level. It is absolutely stunning and kept to a very high standard. The location is perfect with amazing views of the hills. The pool was a perfect size for our party of 4 adults and 3 children. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

We had the most amazing time and it was mostly due to the beautiful villa and property we stayed at!! Excellent amenities, beautiful pool, and could not be more satisfied. We are looking forward to returning, and will be recommending to all our friends/family!
