We had a lovely stay at the Villa, the owner was friendly and was around most days. The pool was lovely and held a good temperature, included aircon was brilliant, the villa location provides great views without being over looked. most days we had a welcome breeze on the seating area while the sunbeds remained free of the breeze. when I have stayed in villas previously there has been a visitors book, how the house worked simple map of the area and places to go. local shops nearest bus stop, places to eat etc.
