Layout

It is a property on one level and has a huge swimming pool. It possesses a beautiful terrace, with sitting and dining out facilities, all overlooking the sea.
Entering the property from the front door, you find a spacious open plan space, fitted with a lounge, modern kitchen, dining room and a guests' shower. There is a wooden ladder leading into the attic, with a sitting room, where an extra guest can stay. The House Bar is the most amazing place, situated at the back of the living area.
Balcony doors open on to the terrace, where the pool is found at the front of the garden and also contains a ground balcony with comfortable facilities, where you can sit facing the sea.
On the left hand side of the main door there is a corridor leading to the bedroom area, where you find a double and twin bedroom. together with en-suite shower and a walk in wardrobe. At the back of the villa there is private parking and a small terrace, where you can sit or dine. All terraces and balconies face the sea with awesome views.

Villa was amazing. All bedrooms were spacious and the views from the balconies spectacular. The owner brought us 6 eggs from his hens, so we had free-range eggs for breakfast a very kind gesture. Always love Latchi and would definitely recommend this villa to others. Lovely memory. I would highly recommend this villa and area to anyone. we have just rebooked!. Super Thomas

Close to everything and lovely views. Will be back!. Soulla. The owner was extremely nice and had bought cereal, milk, pretzels, fruit + more for when we arrived. The local area is charming and there are several very good tavernas. We hired a car and saw some of the islands which was lovely.
