Villa Thespina is set over 2 floors and is rented as a whole, but is split into 4 seperate units. The generously sized private pool is exclusive to those in your party.
The main house occupies the 1st floor of the villa and has its own entrance. It comprises 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin), a large living room, a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms (1 of which is en suite to the master bedroom). From the fantastic terrace, furnished with tables and chairs, you will be able to enjoy the most sensational views over the sea and coastline beyond.
The ground floor is divided into 3 independent units (2 apartments and 1 studio), each benefitting from their own entrance and dedicated patio areas. The ground floor is at pool level. (Please Note: the property is rented as a whole; only those in your party would have access to the ground floor along with the pool.)
There are 2 apartments with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), each with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The studio offers twin beds, kitchenette (which is also useful as an extra preparation area for drinks and snacks by the pool) and its own bathroom with shower.
The generously sized swimming pool is set within beautiful grounds. There is a brick barbecue perfect for a grilled pool side meal with all the family or friends.
Kalamaki, also known as Apraos, is a very wide and entirely sandy beach located northwest of Corfu between the fishing village of Kassiopi and Acharavi. The water is very calm and shallow from the shoreline for quite a few meters which makes this an ideal spot for peaceful family vacations. Boats offer short trips to the nearby isolated bays.

The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. Its a very spacious place to make you feel at home and has all the necessities. Also, the sunset and sea views from the balcony were breathtaking. A nice quiet place to relax. We had a fantastic week. There were 12 of us we had plenty of room. The couple who own it run a restaurant across the road. Lovely people nothing was a problem. They even organised our shopping starter pack. Their food in the restaurant is very good. A perfect holiday. The views from the villa are stunning. We had a cleaner a couple of times a week who was lovely and worked very hard. Can't wait to return
