The entrance opens into a living area with door to the main balcony overlooking the pool. To the right there is a dining area and kitchen. Also on this level is a master bedroom suite with private bathroom.
Stairs lead down to two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other has twin beds to one side and a third single bed in its own sleeping area. This room also has an en suite bathroom.
The villa is perfectly suited to families, with beds for up to 7 persons in three bedrooms with room for an extra child in the living room if necessary. The gardens are lawned and fully enclosed creating a safe environment for children. (The pool though is not gated.)

Fantastic holiday with our family. Lovely Villa. Brilliant location. Unbelievable weather. Air fares from Cardiff are getting so expensive. We have been in Agni Villas in Katelios 4 times. Maybe we will return one day.

Our second stay in Villa Alexandra. Issues we raised at our last visit have been resolved with a new shower rail in the upstairs bedroom and a new good quality frost free fridge/freezer. This is a nice villa in a really good location with excellent service from the caretake and maid

Lovely holiday. The cleaner was very thorough and Gaby, the caretaker, excellent. We needed new chairs on the balcony as 1 missing and the other broken, new chairs were provided within a day or 2. Unfortunately it was very cold while we were there at first but we could not find any extra blankets for the beds, weather improved so we did not request them and cleaner added an extra cover without us asking.

Excellent holiday, the villa is beautiful and very comfortable. Great tavernas nearby. The caretaker was very helpful and advised of local events and areas to visit. We look forward to returning next year!

Very comfortable villa in excellent location close to supermarket and restaurants in Katelios yet in a quiet spot. Only 5 mins to Mounda beach and Katelios restaurants were excellent. Nice size pool, not over looked and good cleaner service

After being guests of Beach Villas for 16 years now, and visited Katelios 18, times to date, we were so sorry that we had to leave the Villa 1week earlier than planned. Unfortunately, my husband suffered a detached retina, and had to be air ambulanced out of Argostoli to Athens for an emergency operation to his eye, where he is still recovering. We were hoping to return later in the year perhaps, but it would appear that both our favourite villas are fully booked for this year. Please send our apologies to the team, as we did not get chance to say thank you or goodbye.
