The villa is built over 3 floors with a beautiful and sunny pool terrace at the front. The ground floor (pool level) offers a spacious and airy living room with a sofa and kitchen/dining area. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms - 1 double master bedroom and 1 double bedroom both offering breathtaking views to the sea. The master bedroom has en suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom on this level. Internal stairs lead down to the lower ground level where the there is a twin bedroom for 2 persons with en suite bathroom. This room also has a separate entrance with steps leading up to the pool level.
On Kefalonia's southern coast, the hamlet of Skala is poised above the water. Three kilometers of sand and shingle beach lined with pine trees can be found at Skala Beach, which has been awarded a "Blue Flag." Along the beach, there are water sports facilities, taverns, and snack bars. Rocks perfect for snorkeling, cave exploration, and secret sandy coves can be found towards the southern end of the beach.

Its been an incredible week for us! Thank you! Five stars*****. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood, near to almost everything: beach, bars, tavernas, etc. Its about a 25-minute drive to Kefalonia airport. Perfect sea views from the terrace and a nice pool to enjoy in. We are still here and cant wait to come back again next year.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool area and from upper balconies are astonishing. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Skala and Pelages Bay, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. You also have to visit San Giorgio Beach we really enjoyed there: sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling...Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

We loved our all too short visit to Villa Starfish. Beach Villas were most efficient and helpful, the villa was well positioned, with terrific sea views. The villa was well equipped, comfortable and cleverly designed. Our maid was delightful, most helpful, efficient - yet unobtrusive. The pool was larger than expected and crystal clear. Another fantastic villa holiday with Agni travel.The villa was amazing and kept immaculate by the lady who came every other day and provided clean linen and towels including pool towels.Beautiful pool area with lovely views and a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom lacked storage as there was no drawer space but apart from that it was perfect.Other members of our family rented villa seashell next door and they agreed that the whole package was perfect .Looking forward to our next rental with Agni.
