Villa Cubells is a two-storey villa. From the entrance, we access directly into the open lounge / dining room with a well equipped open-plan kitchen. This floor also has a family bathroom with a shower; and a bright double bedroom with A/C and ceiling fan with direct access to the back covered terrace and pool area. From the living/dining area an interior stair leads to the upper floor where you will find two twin bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fans, one of them with a nice balcony overlooking the front of the house. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with a bath. The villa counts with a lovely covered. The terrace is located by the pool and has a dining table. There are also sun beds and a brick built barbecue. Note: the air conditioning is on a timer from 14.00 to 16.00 and 21.30 to 09.00.
